ZERON FLEMISTER
A lifetime athlete, I lettered in high school football, basketball and track. At the University of Iowa I earned a degree in Health, Leisure and Sports Studies and a number of accolades during my four-year football scholarship. As an undrafted free agent, I earned a spot with the Washington Redskins and went on to play six seasons in the NFL for the Redskins, New England Patriots and Oakland Raiders. Following my football career, I leveraged my knowledge of sports in my profession—training individuals of all ability levels, ranging from professional athletes to people who have never worked out in their lives.
My background includes helping clients lose, maintain and gain weight, as well as expertise in sports rehab and performance, high-intensity training, functional training, Olympic lifting, speed training, quickness drills and even position-specific drills for multiple sports.
