“Being a professional athlete I have to train my body to stay healthy and perform at an elite level throughout the course of a season. Dan understands this and has pushed my body to places I didn't think were attainable. He works extremely hard, driving me to get the most out of myself, both physically and mentally. Having his guidance along the way, whether after returning from injury or to get myself in the best shape I could be, is something I never take for granted and have appreciated every day of my life. Training with Dan didn't just improve my career it improved my quality of life. Dan's training methods made success inevitable.”

Warming up to better performance.
Setting the tone for a strong workout or game with an active, effective warm up is key. Performing dynamic warm up exercises (as opposed to static stretching) allows your body to prepare most optimally for activity--it steps up your heart rate, pumps up your
circulation and improves muscle reaction. It can mean fewer injuries, as a result, and can lead to improved performance, as it allows for a healthy progression of and effect on
speed and agility.
