FOOD AS FUEL

We’d all like to think we can work out hard for an hour, sip a few cocktails, eat a blue cheese burger with friends—and still have the body of our dreams. But the reality is good health is really about 80-90% good nutrition.

Our philosophy is that fitness and nutrition are highly integrated. While we are proponents of eating healthy (a majority of the time to see and feel results) and sharing our own favorite nutrition tips, we never enforce a particular diet as part of our personal training.

Instead, within each customized training program, we work with willing clients to uncover emotionally-driven eating habits; modify daily consumption of fat, calories
and portions to more appropriate levels; and provide ongoing dietary support to help clients see and feel dramatic changes in their bodies.

“Zeron is the best trainer I have ever had! He helped me to lose over 40 pounds over a period of 18 months, and lose it correctly. I would recommend him to anyone that needed to truly get back in shape and in the game!”
