The two of us met on met on the field, playing football for the University of Iowa. The connection was instant and deep. With similar passions for fitness and health, we developed a rich relationship that was only amplified by sharing a sport—and a lifestyle—with a team of highly motivated athletes. While we both went on to play football elsewhere and build our careers as personal trainers, we reconnected in Denver, a town that embraces our commitment to healthy lifestyles.

Ignition Performance Training was a natural evolution of our professional ambitions and friendship. Combining forces—and complementary expertise—we realized how similar our philosophy and approach to fitness really was. Our gym and training programs are focused on challenging yet realistic and fun workouts. It’s about creative challenges and hard work and an atmosphere of good friends, great synergy and real results.

Ignition is located inside the Altitude Peak Fitness facility, which offers high intensity fitness boot camp classes for all fitness levels. It has Denver's best certified instructors who work with each student to understand their fitness goals, how they are best motivated, and their limitations.
